I'm Officially 30 Years Of Age. Yay! So far, I've made it through the moody blues, slight depression and feeling old before my birthday stigma.I am officially 30 years of age. It not half as bad as I think it is. Just for the last couple of days, life has made me see and experience the more important things in life other than money. I have to admit that money plays a vital role in our keepsake, however it isn't the core of our very being. I thank the Man upstairs for blessing with with suhc a wonderful family, great friends and a career that has helped me get through the rough times and learn wonderful things about management.I'm also thankful for the interesting challenges that have come my way. They definitely taught me on how to be humble and yet dignified.I only have one wish. I wish to win the lottery so I could pay off all of our financial debts and start anew. But of course, if that doesn't happen, then I'll just have to live with it.****************Music: SunriseArtist: Simply RedAlbum: Red

Why Does It?I have no idea why I made this point. However, its quite a common experience for most people who are turning a year older to be a little sentimental before their birthday.I am at that point right now. Inspite of all the downs I've been experiencing lately, I am extremely grateful for still being able to keep a stiff upper lip.*************Music: Entrez NousArtist: Larusso

Payday, HeydayAh! I have to admit that the news of our paycheques having been credited to our payroll accounts is definitely refreshing to the most frugal of spirits. I'm glad that I've cleared out on some of my debts and shamelessly sought my middle bro's help in shouldering some of the household expenses. I've held off paying my insurance and mobile phone bill. They can be settled at a later date (but the amount to pay will definitely be much larger). Right now, I have just enough to get me to the next payday. I'm thankful for that.I will have to celebrate my birthday this year by saving money. That means, I won't be going out. Meng was asking earlier about my plans. I told her that I really wanted to go somewhere, but I had to be honest that I'm on a limited budget. Thus, any plans of partying, spending and SHOPPING (YES SHOPPING!) will have to be put on hold. I need to get my act together in controlling my spending habits. Else, I will never learn. So with that, party central this year would be moved to a later date. Sorry guys if I can't treat you out. This is something that I have to do... learn to be in control of my financial affairs.Jay! May utang pa ako sa yo. Jayvee, nakakahiya that I've yet to pay you the US$20 I owe you for the hair stuff you bought for me.*SIGH* I promise I will pay you guys back. I just need to settle things one at a time. This will be a slow process, but I know I'll get there.****************Turning 30 is something I have never anticipated in my younger years. When I was younger, I'd just consider it as another year added to my mortal life. Looking at things from a different perspective, it also aims to have me question myself on my achievements and goals. It also points out the items on what I have done for society and the rest of mankind. Sounds like a beauty queen resume? Not really. Its just the way Life is. I'm pretty sure that most of us wondered on our purpose in life. I still am in search for my purpose. I've found bits and pieces of it, yet it doesn't quite fit together for now. I'm positive that eventually, Life would unfold its mystery to me, and by that time, I would definitely be in my prime years.****************Thanks to all those who made life worth living and more. Thanks to the higher power that gives me the right to live on this corporeal plane. Thank you.****************Music: Little StarArtist: MadonnaAlbum: Ray Of Light

Majestic Magenta and GreyIts a wonderful Tuesday. The sun was out, but only for a while. The rainclouds are threatening the horizon. Whatever happens, I am homeward bound after my JAM class. I'm glad thatI never stopped my gym regimen at all. Somehow this has been my only release from all the stresses of life, aside from shopping.Speaking of shopping, SCB freezed my account as of Sunday because I didn't pay my bill on time. It kinda made me furious because it wasn't my fault that the billing statement arrived a week after the due date! Like that made my pores open like crazy!Nevertheless, I've paid the installment account and have only two other to deal with. I'm sure that with the paycheque coming in, I'll be able to settle that amount.***************Birthday is coming up in two weeks. I've got plans, but I haven't confirmed any. All that I tell everyone is that I'm nowhere to be found on that date. I'll be missing in action. Truth is, I'm broke. I cannot plan anything at all. Tonnes to pay with nothing to use to pay. Fucking Miserable!Again, I'm thankful that I've got a job that pays well. A loving family, caring friends and a watchful guardian. Would it be pushing my luck to wish that I'd win the lottery to start over? Pay off all my debts, along with my mum's. Open a business of my own, share a chunk of it to charity. IF there are any left, I'd use it to fund my travel in Europe. I sure would like to explore that side of the globe. For now, all I can do is be thankful of what I have and live life to the fullest.****************Music: Sunny Came HomeArtist: Shawn ColvinAlbum: A Few Small Repairs

MonsoonYup it is the rainy season and I have no doubt in my mind that things will get more wet this year. Many thanks to the La Nina phenomena. So, finally I got to get a weekend without having to worry about clients from NA. It does get tiring to do the role of a GRO especially when it holdst he key to a meaningful future business relationship.*****************Last night I got watch The Omen with Cher, Sheila and Benneth. I was scared shit the whole time with much emphasis on scared shit! That movie creeped me out as they linked everything in the bible to current events that would be either coincidental or purely biblical.I don't intend to sound blasphemous, but if it indeed we're true, then we're bound for some trying times in our lives.*****************Prior to the movie, Cher and I was able to catch up on quite a lot of things. She's planning a move to Baguio and I am very happy for her. Plus I'm pretty sure that it would be financially sound for her company since they'd be spending less. Nevertheless, it gives me the perfect reason on why I should visit Baguio more often.*****************So, strange things have been happening lately. I've been getting men's attention more that I used to. Random guys on the street winking and smiling at men. A strange chap at the mall offering massage (it kinda creeped me out). Getting more responses to personal ads. Hmmmmm, is this because I'm close to being 30? Age? Does it have anything to do with age? Probably yes? Probably no. There was this Chinese guy at the gym last Saturday whom I had eye contact with. I couldn't tell if he was interested in me or not. Then another guy approaches and somewhat claims him. I figured it must be the lover so I just focused on doing the jam. So, I went through my normal routine. When I was done for the day and about to head out, we were together at the lift, only this time with another guy he knew. I figured that I can't get it on with him so I'd just head home. Pathetic that I've been so blind on not knowing how to read the signs. 30. Single. Hopefully Happy.****************Music: You Were Meant For MeArtist: JewelAlbum: Pieces Of Me

June Schmoon! The rainy season has arrived and it didn't come unannounced. Wondering why this is if my first post for June? Well, I've been quite the busy chap. Work has become very interesting. We got some visitors who flew over to review business with us and we're glad that things are on the positive side. Yet, it doesn't mean we're out of the woods. We still have a lot of challenges to face especially with a new line of business coming in.Anyway, I'm glad that I was able to connect with the clients. After all, we are *family* in all aspects. I'm thankful to my folks who always taught me the the skills of social grace. In other words, I'm shameless. LMAO! I did have quite of a crush with one of our visitors as he reminded me of Woody Harrelson and John Malkovich. But of course, crushes fade and life moves on. Besides, he's married to his husband. Like I have a chance with that. So, we still got our office Mum in the house and it is so comforting to have her around. I hope she sticks as long as forever! Luv ya KEM!*******************I've seen X-men 3 and to my surprise the movie was good. It didn't have the typical ending based from the comic books, so IMHO, I think X3 would be the last of its installment.Next to watch? Failure To Launch, Superman Returns, Pirates of the Caribbean 2, The Omen and a whole lot more!Movie group! We need to have funds!!!My oh my, I've missed out on a lot of parties as well. Chicane was here. Hed Kandi was here. Tiesto was here. Tokyo Project with Bonnie Bailey and Mark Doyle will be here, and I'm broke. Bloody broke. I need to sacrifice a little more as I'm almost done with paying all of my credit. It will be a long year, but I'm sure that the fruits will be very rewarding.*******************I'm turning 30 in less than a month. Time surely flies fast. I still have a lot on my list that I need to do. One of them is knowing how to drive and swim. Visiting Europe and Australia. Win the lottery and most of all, be happy. The most sensible one is be happy. I know that I can achieve that everytime, with or without a partner. I have a wonderful family, great loving friends, and a job to die for.*******************Music: Round, RoundArtist: SugababesAlbum: Angels With Dirty Faces
