Some people

I just find it odd that there are some people who doesn't understand the weight of their responsibility to other people.  Just have the courtesy to let me know of your plans.  I don't intend to distabilise your family nor simply be a completely heartless boss. 

I hope that you learn the value of proper communication.  If you use it right, it will take you a long way.  Else, it will drive away opportunities.
