And in a flash, you're no longer of this earth.When I heard the news from Meng and Darlene about one of my former agents having been in an accident, I suddenly felt like a piece of me died as well.I know that my relationship with her wasn't the most smooth sailing, but I think I've made it clear to her that my role as her supervisor was to lead her to the right direction, and help her achieve the goals she set for herself. It was unfortunate that she had plenty of shortcomings, and I couldn't save her. The best I could do was part her with an advice to work like there's no tomorrow. Love your job especially if it is your only source of livelihood.Then all of this happens. *sigh* Life is complicated. Very complicated. The best we all can do is to exercise caution when it comes to safety, and of course, live each day to the fullest because we only pass this world once.May you rest in peace Raj.

Oooooooookay! I know, I know!Well, it wasn't my intention to have seen this chap's schlong, but whilst I was dressing up earlier this morning, I raised my head to check out my bag. From there, my jaw just dropped from what I saw. He was one of the better looking lad who works out at FF Fort. Now, upon seeing him, I couldn't simply turn my head away. To my amazement, he just looked back and went on undressing.*sigh* It was the first time I've seen a Filipino guy (mind you, he's quite a mestizo) whose package was prime meat.***** ***** ***** *****Anyway, the weekend was quite eventful. I took a leave from work last Friday and today to catch some rest. It was timely as we did a lot of activities as my Aunt was on her last visiting days in Manila. I'm pretty sure that she's been to most of the best restaurants and city sights to see.She has been mostly lively and active during her visit this time compared to 2006. I guess that like my mum, she's managed to pick up the pieces after Uncle Tony's passing 4 years ago.***** ***** ***** *****I'm happy to have seen the game of La Salle vs FEU on the telly. I was supposed to watch it with Janice last Sunday, but I was just too late. Next time, I'll have to leave earlier to savour the live action of the women's volleyball game.Animo La Salle!

So I was browsing through the different live performances during the Grammy, and I came across Jennifer Hudson singing You Pulled Me Through. The start of the performance was very sullen which rose to its peak in the middle. Much like a very good comeback after the recent misfortunes she's gone through.

With almost 90% of companies experiencing the effects of the global recession crisis, one can't help but wonder on when and where it all would end.In Filipino, the famous phrase "Sa kangkungan tayo pupulutin" has been thrown around quite a lot. It is simply amazing how Filipinos can manage to be resilient amidst these trying times. Perhaps its because we're so used to living a difficult life, that humour helps us get through these challenges.Now, on a personal note, I'm quite flustered as why I'm still not confirmed to my post. Worse, was that my line manager wasn't able to clearly explain my role in the team. Hello! Its not like I've been doing it for quite a while. Anyway, I'm still exploring other possible career paths.
