Effing Eff!

It is terribly frustrating when your agents fail to understand why you deny their requests. Some people would mistakenly think that I’m power tripping. Others would think that I’m heartless. Some simply think that I’m a scrooge and a complete @$$hole. Yet, they never saw the bigger picture. Times like this, I’m very thankful that I’ve developed my virtue of patience with people. Yes. I am being paid to make these decisions. As for them, I hardly see them moving up if their perspective is always from only one angle. That alone proves how of little interest they are in progressing with their careers.

*Sigh* I'm glad that a handful are mature enough to be very responsible and deliver what is expected of them without questions. Those people are the ones who are sure to easily get a new job.
