Misery and Victory
So, with all the rants and raves that has been unposted for the past few weeks, I've managed to pull through and I must
say that we're in for another challenging start.
Joie and the rest of the gang has been putting up quite a resistance to the new manager. I, on the other hand just play along. I should know better that maturity will be the best weapon for these cases. Learning from the doom and mishaps will be the great essence of going through these endeavours.
I've noticed the positive changes going on with my cluster. I feel the giving them importance has made them more responsive and efficient. Recognising their efforts should always be noted, and obviously act on the misdeeds too. I am extremely joyous of the different "get together activities" that we've had. From the Pan De Sal Friday, to Tinapay festival...and this coming Friday, we will be having the Sidewalk Snack Fiesta. I am hoping that these series of events would make the reps feel that we are doing all that we can to spark their interest, and break away from the monotony of work. Prima, Trish, Rachel, Florence and the rest of the gang are really very cooperative and generous in making sure that things go smoothly.
Mum’s day is fast approaching, and so is Kuya Mike’s birthday. We will be having lunch out this Sunday. Kuya Joel and I will be sharing the expenses. This will be one of those few times when our family gets to spend sometime together. As for Kuya Mike, I hope he gets his life in order. I pray that he would be able to set his priorities straight. *Sigh*
As for me, I’m just taking things as they come. I know that I should get into the thick of things if I want to attain my goals. Focus! I know I can achieve my goals. A good head start can really be a big help. I’ve gotten many commendations that I can be an effective manager. From Mike Henderson, Therese, Cher, and even Jay. I am really
honoured that these people see the gem in me. With the right time, everything will be polished and I shall come out to achieve the glory that I hope to attain.
I know that the Man upstairs is listening. A little help would be greatly appreciated. THANKS! =)
