A Valentine Post

Black heart and Purple kisses
Crimson hugs and Empty misses
This day has brought infinite sadness
And love that came succinctly passes
The melodrama can be quite annoying
But this is something there’s no avoiding
I know that time will come for us to be together
In the meantime, I’ll be waiting here for the promise of forever.
